Solid (Water Overlay)

Icon	Attribute	Unit	Range	Description
	SOLID	boolean		Whether the building is solid and blocks water flow or not.

Buildings which are SOLID block water flow up to the height defined by the overlay model attribute DESIGN_FLOOD_ELEVATION_M. This attribute can be useful to adjust functions for which water should be allowed to flow through, for example garden hedges.
